1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund for services provided by CustomerLab, a brand of CustomerLab (hereinafter referred to as "CustomerLab", "we", "our", or "us"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Free Development Period

CustomerLab provides subscription-based services tailored for businesses. All plans are billed monthly in advance and include:

  • Zero setup fees

  • Free development period of up to 4 weeks for the initial deployment

  • One month free service within the first year of subscription to compensate for the development and deployment time

You are required to make advance monthly payments for 12 active months. In exchange, CustomerLab provides one complimentary month of service within the first 12-month cycle.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at connect@customerlab.in. However, please note:

  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for partial months, unused features, or early termination within a billing period.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via your customer dashboard at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Because CustomerLab offers a zero-setup, development-free start and provides a free month in the first year, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Service non-delivery (if CustomerLab fails to deploy your service within 6 weeks of receiving required business information)

  • Duplicate payments or erroneous charges attributable to our billing system

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

 

6. Trial and Complimentary Services

The free month provided is non-transferable, non-refundable, and is automatically applied within the first year of service as determined by CustomerLab, usually following the development and deployment phase.

No refunds will be provided for the complimentary month or any bonus time granted for promotional purposes.

7. Modification of Services

CustomerLab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services (or any part thereof) at any time. If a material change affects your active subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund upon request.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have concerns about your subscription charges, please contact us first at connect@customerlab.in. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably.

For unresolved disputes, the laws of Delaware, United States, shall govern, and the appropriate venue for legal matters will be within its jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local laws.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
